Adopted
These horses were rehabilitated by the CHANGE Program and are now in carefully
selected, permanent homes.
There
are MANY more cases which can be cited to show the CHANGE Program’s
active support and involvement in Sonoma County Animal Control
cases. Many of the cases have positive outcomes, in which the
horse’s needs are adequately addressed and the horses are placed
in permanent homes.
