Foster Care and Transportation
The CHANGE Program is a 501c(3) corporation that supports local law enforcement in managing equine humane cases including neglect, abuse, abandonment and relinquishment. The CHANGE Program relies completely on public donations and community volunteers. To that end, CHANGE greatly appreciates the support that it receives from concerned horse lovers who wish to create options for horses in legal custody.
