Registered Paint Gelding

Fred is a 19-year-old registered Paint gelding. This horse just exudes class and kindness. He is a complete gentleman at all times, even in the difficult circumstances of his rescue. He has a gentle, calm spirit and the most beautiful head and eye you’ve ever seen. His feet needed a lot of help as they were long and terribly misshapen. He also had some truly epic dreadlocks in his past-the-shoulder mane. But he has loved getting bathed and pampered again, and stood happily to have the dreadlocks carefully combed out. This horse has melted the heart of everybody who has met him. As of May 1, 2018 he is a gelding. Due to his age, the procedure was performed at UC Davis. He recovered well.
