UPDATE March, 2020: We are THRILLED to report that Katie, the last of the Cloverdale 12, has found a forever home!
Curious & confident Katie is the last of the #Cloverdale12 to be adopted into her forever home. She was the alpha mare so we are thrilled to have found a person for her who is assertive and experienced with horses (and mares….). Katie loves her gelding neighbor but Katie's foster barn is happy to report that she does not show extreme signs of estrus, or "heat", and is very sweet with her neighbor. She is approximately 12-13 years old and 14.3 hands tall. Katie has had lots of handling and ground work but is not trained to ride. She is sweet, curious, and likes her people once she gets to know them. Katie gets along well with other horses, especially geldings. She is looking for an experienced adopter who can help her reach her full potential, either as a pet/companion horse or a saddle horse with further training. Katie is also a fancy mover!

The veterinarian has completed her dental work and all vaccinations. She is now up to date on her veterinary work and is current on deworming and hoof care. Now she is ready to move on to a forever loving home! Here are some recent photos:
